Bank transfer
Orders are paid by bank transfer. You receive a full summary before paying: products, eco-contributions, delivery, VAT and total.
Why bank transfer
On amounts of several thousand euros, a transfer avoids card commissions that would run to hundreds of euros on a large order. That saving is built into our prices.
After you pay
Tell us about your transfer using the link in your email. We validate the order once funds arrive, usually within one working day.
Security
Our bank details never change during an order. If you receive a message asking you to pay a different account, do not pay and call us.
