Legal guarantee
All products carry the two-year legal guarantee of conformity under Belgian law, from delivery.
Manufacturer warranties
Several manufacturers add a longer commercial warranty: three to five years on heat pumps, five years on batteries. It is shown on each product page and adds to the legal guarantee.
After-sales service
Email contact@thermolys.com with your order number and a description of the problem, with photos where possible.
Spare parts
We keep common wear parts available throughout the appliance's commercial life and for at least five years afterwards.
