Description

The Therma V Hydrosplit R290 combines the outdoor unit HM091HFD.UA41 with the hydraulic module HN16XAHC.NK1 to deliver 9 kW of heating power on single-phase supply.

Design

Hydraulic components — water pump, plate heat exchanger, deaerator and flow and pressure sensors — are integrated into the outdoor unit. None of the refrigerant lines need to be fitted between the two units: they are connected only by a water pipe and electrical cable.

Performance

The natural R290 refrigerant has a global warming potential of 0.02, giving the assembly an A+++ rating at 35 °C. The heat pump produces water up to 75 °C, compatible with existing high-temperature radiators, and operates down to −25 °C outdoor temperature.

Hydraulic module

The wall-mounted unit incorporates:

  • a 12-litre expansion vessel ;
  • an air vent ;
  • the control interface.
